Job Description
We are supporting a leading international agribusiness organisation in their search for a Regional Business Development Manager/Director to drive growth across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
This is a strategic and commercial leadership role responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, building key partnerships, and leading regional demand-creation teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute regional go-to-market strategies
Lead market entry initiatives across new countries and segments
Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, cooperatives, and large farming groups
Drive key account strategy across priority markets
Lead and develop a regional demand-creation or sales team
Work closely with technical, agronomy, and marketing teams
Represent the business at key industry events and forums
