Job Description

The Buyer Activation Manager is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact activations that drive buyer interest and broker engagement. This role focuses on event management, brand activation, and buyer experience enhancement to support regional sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Conceptualization & Execution: Design and manage launches, open houses, and expos aligned with brand identity and regional sales goals.
  • Brand Activation Planning: Develop campaigns that elevate SMDC’s brand presence; collaborate with marketing for consistent messaging.
  • Merchandising Strategy: Plan and deploy merchandising initiatives at project sites, broker offices, and events.
  • Broker & Buyer Engagement: Create incentive programs, recognition events, and exclusive previews; enhance buyer experience through activations.
