**DESCRIPTION**
Following the success of our Regional Capability Trainer pilot, we are looking for a **Regional Capability Trainer** to join our **Laverton** workshop **in Melbourne** . You will provide classroom, workshop hands-on, and technical training for Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprentices and new Technicians.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Coach and develop less experienced technicians and apprentices to independently undertake troubleshooting, repairs and rebuilds on Cummins Products.
+ Delivery of Diesel Engine Fundamentals and Basic Diagnostic training to all apprentices in the region.
+ Participate in monthly Capability Trainer meetings and provide updates on progress against Heavy Vehicle Mechanical milestone training plan for the apprentices in your branch/region.
