Regional CDL-A position with predictable freight and stable pay for new graduates and experienced drivers
High-performing drivers consistently earn up to $1,800/week based on miles and performance

What this run looks like

  • Regional lanes with steady weekly freight
  • Average 2,100–2,300 miles per week
  • 100% no-touch freight with frequent drop and hook

  • Bi-weekly home time with 34–48 hour reset

Compensation

  • $0.43–$0.58 CPM based on experience
  • Typical weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500+
  • Monthly performance incentives up to $0.08 CPM
  • $300 paid orientation with travel and hotel covered

For new CDL-A graduates

  • Paid 4–6 week mentor program
  • Western regional and OTR routes during training
  • Post-training earnings of $1,200–$1,500 per week

Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A and minimum age of 21
  • New graduates must have 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
  • Experienced drivers must have at least 6 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience
  • No DUI or major DOT preventable violations in the last 5 years
  • Ability to pass urine and hair drug screening
