Key Tasks, Duties and Measurements

  • Identify HR, Rewards, and Regional HR leaders across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists segmented by country, industry, company size and relevant information to enable accurate prospect targeting.
  • Understand basic employee benefits concepts to enable meaningful conversations for lead generation purposes
  • Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other media to engage HR stakeholders.
