Job Title: Regional Collection Manager – Mortgages
Location: Jaipur
Coverage: Entire Rajasthan
CTC: Up to 25 LPA
Product: Mortgages (Home Loan & LAP only)

Role Summary

The Regional Collection Manager will be responsible for managing endtoend mortgage collections across Rajasthan. This is a senior leadership role focused exclusively on mortgage portfolios, ensuring collection efficiency, asset quality, and compliance while leading multilocation teams.

Key Responsibilities



Handle complete mortgage collection operations for Rajasthan


Manage collections across all buckets for Home Loan & LAP portfolios


Lead, mentor, and control statelevel collection teams and agencies


Drive collection efficiency, rollback, recovery, and NPA control


Monitor delinquency trends, bucket movement, and regional MIS


Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance norms


Coordinate with legal, risk, and operations teams for escalated cases


Conduct regular field visits across locations within Rajasthan


Identify Early Warning Signals and implement preventive strategies



Mandatory Candidate Criteria (Strict)



Pure Mortgage experience only (HL & LAP mandatory)


Current company tenure: Minimum 3 years


Previous company tenure: Minimum 3 years


Strong preference for stable career history


Must have experience handling entire state or large multilocation geography


Experience in managing senior collection teams and agencies



Eligibility



Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)


Minimum 10–14 years of experience in Mortgage Collections


Strong leadership, compliance understanding, and regional control
