Responsibilities

The DataCenter Service / Datacenter Cloud System (DCS) team sits within the TikTok global technology structure and supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyper‑scale datacenters, managing the life cycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions, and developing various infrastructure services, making sure they are scalable and are reliable.

We are seeking a Data Center Operations Leader for Norway to provide leadership and address these challenges by building a solid 24x7x365 operating framework for TikTok's data centers. Through successfully managing a team of data center professionals, this role will deliver robust site services, increase availability, and decrease MTTR.
