Regional Director

As a Regional Director at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and direction to a team of General Managers (GMs). You will be expected to achieve quality, customer, financial, and growth targets within the support functions, including overseeing targets for each GM's home. This demanding, yet rewarding role, requires extensive experience in managing people, finances, and resources in a heavily regulated healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for reviewing commercial growth, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and developing commercial partnerships with third‑party organizations, such as the NHS. You will promote a culture of sharing best practice and collaborative working with your strong, inclusive leadership style. You will also support the development of your GM's and a talent pipeline to ensure strong leadership across the organization.
