Wir stellen ein | Area Manager DACH (Deutschland, Österreich & Schweiz) Responsibilities Develop and consolidate Marset's business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Manage and expand the network of distributors, agents and clients. Lead and coordinate a 2-person team aligned with the region's commercial goals. Work with architects, interior designers and lighting designers to promote our products in projects. Represent the company at trade shows, events and sales presentations. Analyze results, identify growth opportunities and monitor commercial KPIs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales experience, ideally in lighting, design or high-end products. Autonomous, proactive and results-driven. Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to build long-term relationships. Sensitivity for design and attention to detail. Fluent in German and English, with strong Spanish skills required. Willingness to travel regularly and consistently across the DACH region.
