In this role, you will:
  • Lead a team of in-field coaching specialists, who provide customer-focused, holistic needs-based coaching to retail branch staff in an assigned region for all retail products and services Cultivate and support a knowledge based, performance driven culture throughout their RSS team to help branch staff deepen and expand client relationships to drive primary banking relationships and drive profitable growth and market share
    Responsible for driving net growth in Retail Banking products
    Focused on a needs based approach to customer conversations, enabling the branches to deliver an excellent customer experience (based on the Net Promoter Score results)
