SUMMARY

The Regional Operations Manager – Fire Protection/Sprinkler Manager is responsible for the leadership, technical oversight, and operational performance of a regional team supporting sprinkler, standpipe, and wet fire protection systems. This senior role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and small project work. The ROM drives operational excellence, service quality, and client satisfaction while supporting the growth and expansion of the sprinkler and wet systems service line.


This position requires a strong background in field or trade environments, operational and client‑facing experience, and familiarity with quotation and estimating processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and the ability to guide both people and performance.
