Regional Director

We’re hiring: Regional Director (Florida)

LIFT Enrichment is a fast-growing education company delivering healthy cooking enrichment programs to K–12 schools, with a strong focus on Title I communities. We serve tens of thousands of students weekly and are expanding our regional leadership team.

We’re looking for a Regional Director (Florida) to lead operational execution, client satisfaction, and regional performance across the state. This is an operations-heavy leadership role working closely with Ops, HR, Recruitment, and Sales to ensure programs are fully staffed, compliant, and running at a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as escalation point for high-level concerns
• Ensure regional compliance and operational quality
• Lead and support Account Coordinators
• Support regional revenue growth through strong execution and retention
• Travel to Florida quarterly for in-person client meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years in operations, regional, or multi-site leadership
• Strong client-facing and execution skills
• Experience in education or school districts is a plus
• Authorized to travel to the U.S.
