Regional Director of Clinical Operations

Seeking a Registered Nurse to support 4-5 skilled nursing facilities in western/central North Carolina. This person is responsible to support our Directors of Nursing in the day to day clinical operations of the assigned facilities.  Requires excellent communication skills, mentoring skills as well as experience implementing and monitoring clinical systems, and preparing for regulatory surveys. Experience with risk management and a strong knowledge of long-term care local, state & federal regulations is essential. 

 This individual will work collaboratively with other NC corporate team members to include the region's Director of Operations and the District Director of Clinical Operations. 

Other requirements include:

 Valid NC RN license

• Experience in multi-site SNF clinical support and/or 3+ years DON experience


• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight stays


• Available/accessible via phone during evenings & weekends


• Ability to be accurate, concise and detailed oriented


• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all information
