About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Regional Director to lead and work with our client who are a long established Education recruitment agency with offices spread amongst the UK.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Regional Director who has experience of supporting their regional offices across the South and South East of England, covering Chelmsford, Canterbury, Bournemouth and Southampton .
This is a senior leadership role with strategic and operational responsibility for performance, stakeholder relationships, and quality delivery across the region. You will play a key role in shaping regional strategy, supporting educational excellence, and driving sustainable growth.
