Job Description
Primary Purpose of Position:
Oversee, monitor, and facilitate engineering operations for existing assets, new development, and acquisition projects in the regional portfolio. Provide the technical and operational oversight, expertise and training required for a best-in-class operation.
Essential Functions:
Building Operations
+ Oversee management of engineering operations at existing assets and new development projects to ensure consistency of performance, including operations plans, standard operating procedures (SOP), emergency response and safety protocols.
+ Lead, support and develop high performance teams.
+ Assist in the development and tracking of utility budgets, research and execute energy and resource conservation opportunities.
+ Represent BXP at client construction meetings as necessary.
+ Manage drawing review process for ground up development, asset repositioning and client alteration processes.
