The Role
The Unite Students Estates team has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Engineering Manager to join our high-performing team. We have opportunities in both our North and South regions, with the North covering locations from the Midlands upwards, and the South covering locations outside London, including Cardiff, Bristol, and down to the South coast.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the technical delivery of the regions Central Estates service, the engineering maintenance programme and projects, and to be accountable for the condition, lifecycle, design development and operational performance of our London estate.
