Regional Field Application Engineer Industrial Cleaning / Cleaners (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Serve as the lead technical expert for constructors of cleaning machines
  (EU region), customers within the Marine Industry and the Railway Market
  (Western Europe)
• Identify customer pain points and convert
  them into actionable technical solutions
• Provide hands-on support via email, phone,
  and on-site visits
• Own
  and resolve customer technical requests directly
• Organize
  and deliver technical training, especially for dedicated “Cleaner
  Champions”
• Act
  as the go-to contact for Cleaner Champions across Europe
• Collaborate
  with Product Development, Sales and customers to align technical roadmaps.
  Lead product certification processes with relevant authorities (e.g.,
  marine approvals)
• Support
  Business Development and Sales in scaling existing accounts and expanding
  into new markets

What makes you a good fit

• Engineer/Bachelor/Master’s
  degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
• Minimum
  5 years of relevant work experience in industrial environment, ideally in Railway, Marine, or Maintenance Cleaning
• Strong
  organizational and communication skills and a high degree of independence and ownership
• Ability
  to navigate complex, multi-country stakeholder environments
• Willingness to travel up to 70%
• Fluent language skills in English, additional languages as Dutch, German, French, Spanish are
  a plus

The location of this position is flexible, with a focus on Western Europe / BNF (e.g., Duesseldorf, Brussels, Nieuwegein, Boulogne-Billancourt).
