The Challenges
Lead all controllership activities for the APAC region, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with international (e.g., IFRS) and local standards.Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and review of financial statements, statutory reporting, and external audits across multiple jurisdictions.Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance to support business objectives.Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure adherence to risk management and operational efficiency standards.Drive the standardization and improvement of regional finance processes, workflows, and systems.Act as the principal liaison for external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities across the region.Manage day-to-day finance operations with a hands-on approach, demonstrating strong ownership and pro...
