Regional Financial Controller

Overview

We are looking for a strong Regional Finance Controller to lead financial control, reporting, governance, and compliance across APAC markets. This role partners closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure financial discipline, margin protection, and sustainable growth in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing for APAC entities
• Oversee regional consolidation, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecasts
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and group policies
• Strengthen internal controls and support external/internal audits
• Provide commercial finance support on trade promotions, pricing, and channel profitability
• Monitor working capital (AR, AP, inventory) and cash flow
