You will be responsible for transporting essential goods and materials like glass, steel, aluminum, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Position Overview: Driver Type: Experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers Equipment Type: Flatbed Route Type: Regional Route Terminal: Kansas City, MO Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset Compensation Package: Weekly Pay: Earn $912.23 - $1,862.98 per week Annual Pay: $47,424.00 - $96,824.00 per year, based on experience, route, attendance, and length of service. In addition to your base pay, you will receive accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as applicable. Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $.57 - $.71 per mile, depending on experience. Transitioning to a new job can be daunting—that’s why we offer a $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 for orientation during your first two weeks, allowing you to focus on the road while we manage the details. Home Time: Enjoy time at home with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Please note, home time may vary by division; this opportunity is specific to Division 290. Family-Friendly Policies: PET POLICY: No pets allowed. GUEST RIDER POLICY: Riders aged 7 and up welcomed after 90 days of safe driving.
