Our comprehensive pay structure includes mileage rates of $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, along with accessorial pay for tarp, stops, and safety bonuses. Transition Support: Changing jobs can be daunting, which is why we offer a robust $1,800 Transition Package. This includes $1,000 designated for your first two weeks of orientation so you can focus on driving while we handle the logistics.
