  • Supporting human capital services, including global mobility, data and reporting, HR transformation, HR operating model and service delivery, talent management, etc.

  • Supporting thought leadership and research and development activity as appropriate.

  • Contributing to overall development and growth of the People team.

  • Required Qualifications and Skills:

    Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration

  • Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant professional experience. 

  • Excellent professional judgement and ability to propose alternative solutions to complex issues. 

  • Possess a “can do” attitude and client service mentality. 

  • Ability to pro-actively manage expectations and challenge others in a professional manner.
