As the Asia HR Shared Service Center Head, you will:

• Lead payroll standardization and migration to a third-party vendor across Asia
• Oversee end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) data administration in Workday
• Drive SSC operational excellence and lead a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with Asia labor laws, tax regulations, and data privacy standards

A successful Asia HR SSC Head should have:

• Minimum 10-15 years of HR Shared Services experience, including 3-5 years in regional leadership
• Proven track record in payroll standardization and third party vendor migration•
• Expertise in Workday administration and data governance
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
• Knowledge of Asia labor laws and data privacy requirements
