Reporting To: National Head / CEO

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve state-level growth and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage sales operations for MSME Retail Loans, Secured & Unsecured Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, and Personal Loans.
  • Drive sourcing and disbursement with a strong focus on Secured Loans.
  • Lead branch-based and partner-led growth models, including BC and off-book channels.
  • Build, mentor, and motivate large sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.
  • Strengthen customer and partner relationships through effective engagement and market presence.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities....
