Role Summary

This is a high-impact growth role for a modern trade leader who loves building businesses. The

Regional Head – Modern Trade will aggressively expand Holistique Beauty’s footprint by adding

new modern trade channel partners, scaling key accounts, and driving strong on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Win new business by identifying, onboarding, and growing modern trade channel partners.

• Drive regional sales growth, revenue expansion, and market presence.

• Build deep, long-term relationships with key modern trade retailers and partners.

• Ensure strong in-store visibility, availability, and brand execution.

• Lead and energize regional sales teams to deliver results with speed and ownership.

• Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to power launches and promotions.

• Own regional budgets and support profitable growth.

Who You Are

• 10–12+ years of experience driving modern trade growth in beauty or personal care.

• Proven track record of adding and scaling modern trade partners.

• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and execution skills.

• Commercially sharp, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• A growth-oriented leader excited by scale-up journeys.

• Currently based in Mumbai.
