HR Business Partner (Global Environment) Location: Mexico (Hybrid/Remote) Employment Type: Full‑time About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing global organization. This role will partner closely with leaders across the United States, Europe, Latam , Asia providing strategic guidance and hands‑on HR support in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions‑driven professional who thrives in fast‑paced global settings, can influence at all levels, and is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders across America and Europe, providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and people strategy. Support leaders with performance management, employee development, coaching, and succession planning. Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and communication within global teams. Provide expertise in employee relations, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices across regions. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, Global HR Ops) to implement HR programs and drive business outcomes. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend and implement action plans. Support change‑management initiatives, ensuring alignment across countries and departments. Ensure compliance with local labor laws while aligning with global HR frameworks and policies. Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 8 years of HRBP or generalist experience , preferably within global organizations. Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, and organizational development. Experience partnering with leaders in multiple countries ; ability to adapt communication and influence across cultures. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive meaningful insights. Proficiency in English (advanced/fluency required). Comfortable working across time zones and virtual collaboration platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast‑growing or matrixed global environments.
