Overview

The Regional HR Generalist contributes to the development and administration of HR processes, programs and policies; helping ensure that HR strategies are aligned with organizational goals. The HR Generalist supervises HR processes to ensure efficient and effective operations for the organization. The Regional HR Generalist reports to the (Senior) Regional Manager, HR; and works closely with the wider Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • DRIVE CORE BUSINESS
    • Labor relations: ensures labor relation issues are dealt with commercially and appropriately. Support the HR Manager in building effective relationships with Unions.
    • Legislative compliance: ensure all policies and practices are compatible with local employment legislation.
    • Exceeding the expectations of the internal customer: ensuring all requests and queries from our customers are resolved in a timely, accurate and professional way.
