Are you a seasoned HR leader looking to make a significant impact in one of the countrys leading business environments? We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to drive people strategy and deliver strong HR support to multiple business units across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional HR team in implementing corporate HR strategies and policies.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and labor compliance.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to regional operations leaders by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor regional HR metrics and ensure timely execution of programs that promote employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle industrial relations issues and ensure adherence to labor laws and company regulations.
