Job Summary -:


We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to drive HR operations, employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance, and talent development across the assigned geography. The role will work closely with business and IR teams to ensure compliance, retention, and a seamless employee experience.


Key Responsibilities -:


  • Ensure basic HR hygiene and support the IR team on compliance-related matters.
  • Drive HR operations to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Manage and monitor the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
  • Track HR KPIs and ensure regular cadence, reporting, and accountability.
  • Drive performance management processes and employee reward programs.
  • Design and execute employee retention plans within the defined geography.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor employee engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
  • Identify high-performing employees and support their career progression and growth opportunities.
  • Build a talent pool for all critical roles through market mapping and internal talent identification.
  • Visit Jio Centers and Jio Points to understand operational challenges and support resolution.
  • Handle area-level recruitment through an effective source mix, defined TAT, and quality hiring parameters.

Educational Qualification -:

  • Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and bulk hiring
  • Hands-on exposure to performance management, engagement, and retention
  • Comfortable working in field roles and managing multi-location workforce
  • Strong execution and stakeholder coordination skills
