  • Ensure % manpower capacitation on monthly basis
  • Recruitment of suitable talent within defined TATs and budgeted manpower and Recruitment cost
  • Implementation of innovative & scalable sourcing strategies to meet future business plans effective Employee Referral program, Tie up with Institutes and strong pool of recruitment consultants
  • To establish a strong employer brand through recruitment events, and by building Social Media presence
  • Oversee and improve overall candidate onboarding experience
  • Vendor management for Recruitment, Background Verifications and Employment Health Checks
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Manager background verification, Medical Check up etc..
