Role Overview:

The Regional HRBP Manager leads the strategic and operational HR functions across multiple retail locations within the CDOregion. This role ensures the effective implementation of core HR extranj prácticas ranging from recruitment to performance management while building strong partnerships with business and functional leaders to support workforce growth and operational success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in general HR management across various functions including Recruitment, ER, L&D, and Performance Management.
