About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner business leaders in Singapore to deliver a strong, consistent people agenda. This is a business-partnering-first role, responsible for enabling leader effectiveness, performance, engagement, and employee relations across the employee lifecycle. Talent Acquisition is a secondary but important component, supporting workforce plans and ensuring the business attracts the right talent for priority roles.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering (Primary)
Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, aligning people strategy and day-to-day HR execution with business objectives and operating rhythm.
