Job Description
Merchandise Control:
- Responsible for planning timely availability of merchandise to maximize sales during Events, Promotions, New Launches & etc.
- Responsible for delivery of Goods from WH to store with timely GRN in SIM
- Resolving all kinds of store stock discrepancy with coordination of WH.
- New Shipment details / arrivals / CPS are updated and communicated to sales staff and stock requisition regularly
- Damage control and shrinkage levels are maintained in terms of manufacturing defects, customer returns, on the floor damages and transit damages and reports are communicated to the management from time to time
- Maintaining 80% business contributor SKU’s 95% availability at store basis on 80:20 analysis.
- Regularly reviewing the Stores Min Max and suggesting the required changes to planning team to maintain the optimum level inventory through ARS at store
