Job Description
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, hardware, software, and system errors.
- Serve as the primary IT contact for the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery of systems and services.
- Coordinate with global IT teams to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Provide technical support for meetings, maintain user accounts, and conduct IT training on best practices, cybersecurity, and mobility.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, oversee hardware lifecycle, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Record and track IT support activities in the helpdesk system; prepare monthly status reports.
- Work with vendors to obtain service proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.
