Job Description


  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networks, servers, hardware, software, and system errors.

  • Serve as the primary IT contact for the APAC region, ensuring timely delivery of systems and services.

  • Coordinate with global IT teams to align regional initiatives with corporate objectives.

  • Provide technical support for meetings, maintain user accounts, and conduct IT training on best practices, cybersecurity, and mobility.

  • Manage inventory of IT assets, oversee hardware lifecycle, and perform preventive maintenance.

  • Record and track IT support activities in the helpdesk system; prepare monthly status reports.

  • Work with vendors to obtain service proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses.

  • Support IT budgeting and adhere to organizational policies and standards.
