Job Description

Recognised financial company is looking for a strong Employee Relations Specialist to act as an individual contributor to boost the department. As a global member of the HR team you will lead 4 key fields:

  • Unions Negotiation

  • Employee Relations Reporting

  • Counseling and advise to the senior leadership members in labour relations matters

  • Relationship and management with external law firm advisor

This role will have global exposure and reporting

Fluency in english is mandatory

At least 7 years of experience working in global environments with more than 500 employees

This role could be based in other regions.
