Job Description
Recognised financial company is looking for a strong Employee Relations Specialist to act as an individual contributor to boost the department. As a global member of the HR team you will lead 4 key fields:
Unions Negotiation
Employee Relations Reporting
Counseling and advise to the senior leadership members in labour relations matters
Relationship and management with external law firm advisor
This role will have global exposure and reporting
Fluency in english is mandatory
At least 7 years of experience working in global environments with more than 500 employees
This role could be based in other regions.
