Regional Manager / Admissions Manager

Job Summary

We're hiring a hands-on Regional Manager (Admissions) to own admissions outcomes across the region by building and scaling a consultant/channel network while also counselling high-intent applicants. This is a target-driven role — you will manage 20–30 external education consultants, onboard new partners, coach them to convert, and step in for parent/learner counselling when needed. Experience: 5–6 years in university admissions/education consulting / EdTech with proven consultant-led results.

Key Responsibilities (80% Consultant / 20% Counselling)

Consultant Network Management — (≈80%)
