The Role
This position oversees a team of Housing Officers across several Brisbane sites, ensuring consistent service standards, safe practices and strong community outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching and supporting a team of housing staff across multiple locations Implementing consistent processes and service expectations Supporting team members with complex tenant issues and operational decisions Providing reporting, insights and on the ground feedback to senior leadership Driving a positive team culture and professional development Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and sector standards About You
You will bring people leadership experience in housing or a similar community based environment. The ideal candidate offers:
Experience supervising frontline staff in housing, homelessness, community services or similar Strong capability in supporting staff with complex client matters Confidence creating structure, consistency and clear expectations Strong communication and problem solving skills A collaborative, values driven approach SCHADS Level 5 background or above, with potential for Level 6 for the right fit
