Role Overview
APNA is looking for a high-impact Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead large inside sales teams focused
on selling recruitment solutions and job posting subscriptions to SMB and Mid-Market employers.
This role will manage multiple sales managers and 50+ sales team members, driving revenue growth,
customer acquisition, renewals, and upgrades across APNA's hiring products.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage multiple Inside Sales Managers and their teams (total team size 50+
members)
● Own revenue targets for SMB and Mid-Market employer segments across new business,
renewals, and upgrades
● Drive adoption of APNA's job posting credits, database access, recruiter tools, and
value-added hiring solutions
● Ensure strong sales funnel discipline from lead allocation to closure using CRM
● Build accurate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and ensure predictability
