Position : Regional Manager (Interior Fitout Industry)

Location : PAN India.

Experience Required : 15+ years in Interior Fitout Industry

Key Responsibilities : As a Regional Manager - you will lead and manage multiple projects within your region. You'll ensure the alignment of project work with company standards, oversee project timelines, and contribute to business development efforts. Your leadership will be key to maintaining design excellence and promoting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple interior fitout projects within the region.
• Ensure delivery meets company standards and client expectations.
• Vendor Management and Procurement Management
• Manage and mentor project teams to foster professional growth and collaboration.
• Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand regional market presence.
• Conduct regular site visits and project evaluations.
• Monitor and control project budgets, project P&L, financial performance.
• Ensure timely payments from the client.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
