Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development for films including optically interlayer films.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with glass processors, architects, PMCs, consultants, and key project decision-makers.
  • Identify new opportunities through structured lead generation, funnel management, and project specification.
  • Work closely with sales teams on zone-wise strategy, key accounts, and project closures.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to understand customer needs and support product improvement and new developments.
  • Monitor project conversion performance, manage pipeline data, and prepare MIS and performance reports.
  • Lead negotiations with large clients, ensuring commercial viability and policy compliance.
  • Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demos to drive awareness and specifications.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Strong experience in project sales / specification-driven business development.
    • Exposure to architectural materials, glass, façades, or allied building materials preferred.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
