Role Overview
APNA is looking for a high-impact Senior Inside Sales Manager to lead large inside sales teams focused
on selling recruitment solutions and job posting subscriptions to SMB and Mid-Market employers.
This role will manage multiple sales managers and 50+ sales team members, driving revenue growth,
customer acquisition, renewals, and upgrades across APNA’s hiring products.


Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage multiple Inside Sales Managers and their teams (total team size 50+
members)
● Own revenue targets for SMB and Mid-Market employer segments across new business,
renewals, and upgrades
● Drive adoption of APNA’s job posting credits, database access, recruiter tools, and
value-added hiring solutions
● Ensure strong sales funnel discipline from lead allocation to closure using CRM
● Build accurate weekly/monthly revenue forecasts and ensure predictability
● Coach managers and teams on consultative selling to recruiters, HRs, and business owners
● Drive focus on upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
● Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion ratios
● Work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to improve recruiter experience and
reduce churn
● Hire, onboard, and develop sales managers and team members at scale
● Run performance reviews, sales contests, and incentive programs
● Drive adherence to compliance, call quality, and APNA brand guidelines


Required Skills & Experience
● 8+ years of B2B Inside Sales experience
● Proven track record of managing large inside sales teams (50+ members) through multiple
layers
● Strong experience selling subscription-based hiring or SaaS products to SMBs and
Mid-Market enterprises
● Excellent people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
● Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce / Freshsales / Zoho / HubSpot)
● Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of sales metrics (conversion, AOV, churn,
renewals)
● Ability to operate in a high-volume, high-velocity inside sales environment


Preferred Qualifications

● MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute
● Experience working in marketplace or hiring-tech platforms
● Prior experience in scaling inside sales teams in fast-growth startups
