Regional Manager Main Responsibilities:
•Overseeing operations and implementing strategies to achieve company objectives
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Traveling within the regions managed by the Regional Manager
Regional Manager Ideal Candidate:
• <>More than 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the water sector
• <>Business level of fluency in English and one other language
• Bachelor or Master degree in Environmental Engineering ideal
• Experience in sales and business development in the water sector, particularly wastewater or MBR
• Established sales network
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Previous experience in managerial role is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and German is a plus
