Regional Manager - Legal

Client: Leading Small Financial Bank

Location: Noida

Roles & Responsibilities:

·   Candidates should have expertise in advising secured lending verticals like Affordable Housing, MSME, Micro LAP, KPC etc. on             queries / matters relating to law, title, property & other issues.

·   Candidates should have awareness of Legal Audit and to manage the same across region as per guidelines.

·   Candidates should be able to assist Vigilance Dept in lodging FIR/complaints before various authorities and give legal support in  fraud related matters and instances of fraud & also assist the Service Quality Dept of the Region in resolving customer complaints.

• Candidates should proactively be involved in all litigation matters including but not limited to DRT, High Court; monitoring timely filing of S. 14 Application & take physical possession, Complaints under S. 138 NI Act & recovery applications and Suits before appropriate authorities, Tribunal and Court of Law, in coordination with Collections department.
  

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

·                Should be a graduate in Law (3 or 5 years) from a recognised university.

·                10-15 years of experience in BFSI Sector.

·                Experience in managing regional legal, litigation, fraud, and recovery portfolios.

·                Experience in managing the Legal Audit across the region.
