Req#: B8CJF. The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next Regional Manager to come on board! You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
Your responsibilities as a Regional Manager will include:
- Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases.
- Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required.
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback.
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training.
