The Regional Growth & Innovation Manager is a key player in supporting Aramark Refreshments Canadian business strategies. By developing field solutions, this role drives profitable growth across various service areas, including office coffee services, micro-markets, vending, breakroom, and retail experiences. Reporting to the Canadian Market Leader, the role directly engages with Canadian operations and sales teams to drive execution, sales growth, client satisfaction, and customer engagement while working closely with the North American Marketing organization. This position is responsible for managing and implementing Aramark Refreshments' marketing objectives and activities, including local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis.
