Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with Muthoot
Finance’s overall objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
 Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns in
the region. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
 Brand Promotion: Strengthen Muthoot Finance’s brand presence in the region through various
marketing channels including digital marketing, traditional media, events, and public relations.
 Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional customer needs,
preferences, and competitive landscape. Identify new business opportunities and customer
segments.
 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to
ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
 Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to engage customers through targeted promotions,
loyalty programs, and community outreach efforts.
 Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation
of resources for maximum return on investment.
 Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including KPIs and
ROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
 Experience: Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the NBFC or financial
services industry.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A
Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
 Skills:
o Strong understanding of the NBFC landscape and customer segmentation.
o Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
o Leadership capabilities to manage a small team and collaborate with cross-functional
stakeholders.
 Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chennai/Coimbatore market and consumer behavior
trends is preferred.
