Job Description

Position’s Objective:

To maintain optimal stock levels across stores in the assigned region to support the achievement of both store-level and regional sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


Stock Management

  • Plan stock for new stores in alignment with category budgets and existing regional stock.
  • Prepare DLs and coordinate with PSC to ensure stock availability for festivals and promotions.
  • Track and manage stock levels across categories to prevent overstocking or shortages.
  • Monitor sell-through and facilitate rebuys based on stock analysis and market feedback.
  • Highlight stores with stock issues and ensure effective merchandise deployment.
  • Organize inter-store stock transfers for slow-moving products and sizes to meet customer demand.
  • Provide regular product feedback to PSC.
  • Develop and implement seasonal buying grids for each store.
