Regional Network Manager

JD : Regional Supply Manager – Ekincare

Position Overview: We seek a dynamic Regional Supply Manager to drive network excellence across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostics centres. This individual contributor role requires exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation expertise, and deep regional market knowledge.

Regions : Delhi NCR Mumbai, Bangalore

Core Responsibilities & KPIs

1. Business & Performance Reviews - Conduct frequent partner reviews, track overall appointment confirmations, TAT compliance, and identify performance gaps with corrective actions.

2. Rate Negotiation & Cost Optimization - Negotiate competitive rates, benchmark market pricing, identify cost savings (target: 10-15%), and build win-win partnerships.

3. Appointment Confirmation & TAT Management - Ensure 100% appointment confirmation protocols, enforce SLA compliance, and reduce report delivery delays to defined standards.

4. Network Density & Provider Coverage - Assess microgeography gaps, recruit providers for high-demand areas, and maintain optimal provider-to-patient ratios (target: 20-30% expansion).

5. Network Spread & Tier 3 Coverage - Expand network reach to remote and Tier 3 cities with equitable geographic distribution while managing operational costs.

6. Stakeholder Management - Build strong relationships with network partners, resolve concerns, facilitate communication, and organize regular partner engagement forums.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 1+ years in healthcare operations, supply chain, or network management. Based in or willing to relocate to assigned regional hub.

Preferred, but not mandatory : Healthcare marketplace/network experience, Tier 2/3 city exposure, healthcare compliance knowledge, CRM platform experience, data analysis background.

Work Style: Individual contributor with high autonomy, P&L ownership, field-based, fast-paced execution, entrepreneurial mindset.
