The Operations Manager supports stakeholders and customers through process adherence.
- This role involves managing lifecycle processes, including invoice submissions, customer refunds, and agreement extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Process Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of operations processes to ensure seamless execution. This includes receiving invoices from suppliers, processing refunds for dissatisfied customers, and extending agreements with valued clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a collaborative relationship with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Effectively communicate business goals and objectives to all parties involved in order to drive collective success.
