• Manage and support the operational strategy and vision for the EBlock Atlantic Canada team, covering inspections, sales resolution, transportation, and logistics centers.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Atlantic Canada Regional Sales and the Director of Operations to achieve regional goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve the customer experience across all operational pillars.
• Negotiate partnerships with external vendors to meet or exceed SLAs.
